While in my care your child will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities, which promote all aspects of development. Tiny Hands Villafranco Family daycare provides for children the comfort and experience of belonging to an extended family. I provide a home like setting; therefore I do not follow a strict routine. My approach to childcare is child centered and child directed. Children are offered choices whenever possible. At times your child will bring home work done here, which will give a brief overview of what we are doing but please remember that just because you are not seeing anything in the way of papers does not mean that we have not been busy all day.
Infants
Babies are cared for feeling secure, loved and in an environment which will help them form a foundation to early learning. Our infant care goes far beyond daycare. Mrs.
Ari is a infant certified CLE, (Lactation Educator/Counselor) we start with giving the best start possible with their infant feedings. We help with interaction and age appropriate activities to meet important milestones in their development. Everything needed to stimulate proper brain development.
Toodlers
In our play-based program, children choose activities based on their current interests. We encourage the kids to play, facilitating social skills along the way.
“Even though it seems like they are just playing, they are learning valuable skills, including important social skills and motor skills cognitive, in which they learn cooperation with others, early math. Children can learn to make sense of the world around them. Through play children can develop social and cognitive skills, mature emotionally, and gain the self-confidence required to engage in new experiences and environments. Being able to work with others shows them how to have better behaviors and teaches them to become team players. They learn how to share, play and learn well together while their personalities emerge and minds grow. We will also have a structured guided learning for our pre-schooler to get them ready for kindergarten.
School Aged
Before and after school program provide structured care and supervision. Provides homework help and a nutrition snack after school.
Provide meaningful after-homework completion and activities. Full-time daily vacation care also available.
